The Pink Dog Show, held annually by Manchester and Cheshire Dogs’ Homes during the Manchester Pride festival, will be held on Sunday 19 August.
Now in its fifth year, the show is believed to be the biggest ‘pink’ dog event in the world in terms of visitor numbers – beating rival cities Brighton and Sydney to the accolade.
There will be plenty of fun and games, including a ball and cup dash and a doggy fashion parade. Prizes and medals will go to those dogs scooping first, second and third place.
The event takes place in Sackville Gardens, Manchester, from noon till 4pm, with registration at 11am. Visit pinkdogshow.co.uk for further information.
