Battersea Dogs & Cats Home’s Annual Reunion 2017 will take place on Sunday 3 September at Battersea Park, London from 11am to 4.30pm.
The free event is open to all dog lovers and is a great opportunity to get together and have a fun day out with their dogs. Canines and humans will get to enjoy a range of fun activities, including doggie games, competitions, raffles and delicious food stalls for everyone. They’ll also be the chance to meet some of Battersea’s current resident who are still looking for their forever home, and all money raised on the day will go towards caring for these animals.
Visitors can enter their four-legged friends into one of Battersea’s dog classes including Best Treat Catcher, Obedience Elimination, Golden Oldie, Waggiest Tail, ‘Dog the judges would like to take home’, Loveliest Lady, Most Fabulous Fella and the top title of Best Battersea Dog.
There will also be a rehoming parade involving a few of the 4,000 dogs who come into Battersea every year.
