Autumn is here and to celebrate the start of October, the luxury Sandy Balls Holiday Village in New Forest is a hosting a special autumn festival.
Their Sausage and Cider Festival is taking place on 1 October and will feature a Crufts-style dog show. Guests, local residents and visitors to the New Forest are invited to attend the festival which kicks off at 12pm.
There will be a wide selection of sausages including the Sandy Balls limited-edition banger made from boar, apple and cider, washed down with a choice of ciders, which include Stan’s Big Apple, Stan’s Cheddar Valley and Westons Old Rosie Scrumpy Cider. Local supplier of speciality sausages, Clayford Farm, who are based in Wimborne, will be selling sausages at Sandy Balls on the day too.

So, if you’ve got a talented dog who can pull off a few moves and tricks, call Sandy Balls on 01442 508850 for more information on entering them for the show.
