Briar House Veterinary Surgery, in Broadstairs, Kent, is celebrating being crowned Best UK Vet 2018 after achieving a staggering 944 four and five-star reviews on VetHelpDirect.com and Any-UK-Vet.co.uk.
The top practices were the ones who received the most top reviews on the two sites, who are both sponsors of the competition, aiming to promote high-quality customer service in vets across the country.
Susie Samuel, founder of the awards, spoke about the importance of the title, “The exciting thing about BestUKVet is that it’s the clients who decide the winner. The pet owners that rely on Briar House Vets for their pets’ veterinary care used words such as ‘respectful’, ‘caring’, ‘kindness’, ‘understanding’, and a record 944 clients left positive reviews, which is a huge testament to the outstanding service this veterinary practice so obviously provides.”
The Mayor of Broadstairs and St. Peter’s, Councillor Peter Shaw, spoke of his experience as a client of the practice, “We are delighted to be here to help celebrate this wonderful achievement. We have a personal connection to this practice, as a previous client, they provided excellent service to our much-loved departed cat at a very difficult time.”
Dane Walker, Veterinary Surgeon and Practice Owner, commented, “This award is very well deserved, the standard of care the team provides is phenomenal and I am hugely proud of the whole team here at Briar House Vets.”
