Spring is in the air – it’s time to get out the bunting and celebrate! And we can’t think of a more gorgeous design than this one: sighthounds wearing Liberty of London coats – what’s not to love? AND… one lucky reader can get their paws on one too!
Each of the six flags has a different coloured hound sporting its own floral coat and measures 17cm by 15cm. The total length of bunting is about 180cm – perfect for the mantelpiece!
The bunting is handmade by the fabulously talented Alexis Parker-Biffen, aka etsy.com’s Mummy Minestrone, who has two retired racing Greyhounds, Chip and Cracker.
“They are just such wonderful dogs,” she says. “They are my inspiration for my creations. I can’t imagine ever owning a different breed.
“I am also obsessed with Liberty London fabrics – a complete hoarder, in fact! So I have literally combined my two loves!”
